WEALTHwise Homes was created from a vision of building long-term wealth, freedom, and stability through real estate and service-based businesses. After years of working in customer service and hospitality, I realized I had a natural ability to connect with people, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure. Over time, that experience helped me develop strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that became valuable in business and real estate investing.

My journey started with learning real estate wholesaling and fix-and-flip investing. I became passionate about how real estate can create financial freedom while also helping homeowners who may be dealing with stressful situations. As I gained more experience, I saw the opportunity to build not just one business, but a group of businesses that work together under one vision. That vision became WEALTHwise Homes.

WEALTHwise Homes serves as the parent holding company for my other businesses:

• WEALTHwise Properties – focused on real estate wholesaling, investment opportunities, and property solutions.

• Fixlink Services – focused on repairs, maintenance, and property improvement services.

What makes my business unique is that it combines both the investment side and the service side of real estate. Instead of only finding deals, I created a system where properties can also be repaired, improved, and managed through my own network and services. This creates a more complete experience for clients, investors, and property owners.

My background in customer service also shaped how I run my companies. I believe in professionalism, honesty, communication, and making the process simple for people. Many homeowners feel overwhelmed when dealing with property problems, repairs, or selling a home, and my businesses are designed to provide practical solutions while treating clients with respect.
